AirCode Ø Marketplace

Safety and takedowns

Marketplace listings are reviewed presentations of creator-hosted web apps. They are not a certification of the app's source code, security, or privacy practices.

What is not allowed

Do not publish apps or listing material that distributes malware, steals credentials, facilitates fraud or abuse, impersonates another person or organization, violates privacy, or infringes rights you do not hold.

Creators must accurately disclose visitor-data collection, source and license claims, donation recipients, seller identity, price, purchase terms, and app availability. A Marketplace handoff must never conceal a materially different destination.

Report an app

Use Report this app on the app's Marketplace page for security, privacy, source or license, donation, seller, price, purchase, or availability concerns. It requires no account and sends the selected reason, your bounded explanation, the listing identity, and an optional contact email only if you choose to provide one. Do not include passwords or private app data.

After submission, the page displays an opaque receipt number. Save it for follow-up. Your contact address is not shared with the publisher.

What happens next

The AirCode Ø operations owner reviews reports and may suspend the listing and all new Donate, Buy, Try, or Install actions immediately while evidence is assessed. The creator-hosted app may still exist outside the Marketplace.

A report can be dismissed or resolved. A rejected or suspended creator can submit one active appeal from the owner interface even if their Pro plan has lapsed. Restored apps return offline until a fresh runtime check succeeds.

Evidence and purchase support

Reports and moderation decisions are retained as protected evidence. Suspending or withdrawing an app does not erase source declarations, purchase records, refunds, disputes, or support cases.

Production Marketplace purchases are not currently available. Before they open, seller disclosures, privacy, retention, refund support, and incident ownership require separate legal, financial, and security approval.

Points of contact

Marketplace users and visitors: use Report this app for a specific listing, or use the contact form for a longer notice. Include the public listing URL and choose Other. A contact email is optional unless you want a direct reply.

Competent authorities: email privacy@aircodezero.com with the subject DSA authority notice. State the issuing authority, legal basis, exact URL, requested action, deadline, and a secure reply route. English is accepted.

The service operator is Spartacus lab SARL, 32 route du Vallon, 1224 Chêne-Bougeries, Switzerland. The Marketplace operations owner monitors these routes and escalates authority notices to legal review.
